Which iOS version do I need?
iOS 27 or later. QuietSignal uses the Shortcuts notification trigger.
How does setup work?
The app guides you through these steps:
- Choose which app’s notifications to camouflage, and how its signal should look.
- Add the ready-made shortcut and turn on its automation. When that app gets a notification, Shortcuts runs QuietSignal’s “Send Signal”.
- Turn off where the original app’s notifications appear (see the next question).
Tap “Test” to see a signal right away.
The original app’s notifications still show up
You need to turn off the original app’s notification display yourself in iOS Settings. Other apps can’t change this setting.
Open Settings → Notifications → the app, and turn off Lock Screen, Notification Center, and Banners. The in-app Help shows the same steps.
How do I restore my purchase?
Make sure you’re signed in with the Apple Account you bought it with, then tap Settings → Restore Purchase in the app.
How do I delete my data?
All data stays on your device; nothing is stored on a server. Deleting the app deletes all of its data.
Does QuietSignal read my notifications?
No. QuietSignal never reads or keeps the title or text of a notification. See the Privacy Policy for details.
